Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- Straight night shifts
- Every other holiday required
- Every other weekend required
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of experience as a travel nurse
- Strong ICU nursing experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to ICU patients
- Monitor, assess, and respond to evolving patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
- Triage care priorities in fast-changing situations
- Document care activities, interventions, and outcomes accurately
