This travel nursing assignment provides a dynamic experience in the ICU, allowing you to broaden your clinical expertise by working alongside diverse healthcare professionals and engaging with innovative workplace practices. Youll contribute to high-acuity patient care, expanding your rsum with valuable hands-on experience while building relationships with outstanding leaders in critical care.
Schedule/Hours:
- 36 hours per week
- 50/50 split between day and night shifts
- Alternating weekends (EOW) and holidays (EOH)
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent experience in acute care inpatient or ICU setting
- At least 1 year prior travel nursing experience
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to critically ill individuals in the ICU
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient status
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Educate patients and families on treatment processes and ongoing care
