Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Day and night rotating shifts
- Includes weekends and holidays
Desired Experience:
- Active RN license with ICU specialty
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, and support staff
- Operate and interpret ICU monitoring and support equipment
- Demonstrate best practices in safety, infection control, and patient advocacy
- Support and educate patients families throughout the care process
