Schedule & Hours:
- Nights: 6:30pm 6:30am
- 13-week assignment
- Floating to ER and Med-Surg departments as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license with 2+ years of recent ICU experience (required)
- Proven background in both ER and Med-Surg settings
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- Skilled in ventilator care, managing titratable drips, medication mixing, and providing thorough patient hygiene
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable with frequent floating
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to critical patients in the ICU, as well as in ER and Med-Surg units
- Monitor and assess patients, titrate drips, manage ventilators, and handle complex medication administration
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Maintain precise records and uphold safety protocols
