Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 6:30p6:30a
- 13-week assignment
- Floating to Emergency Room & Medical Surgical departments required
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Hands-on experience in ER & Med Surg settings
- Proficiency with ventilators, titratable drips, mixing medications, and patient hygiene
- TNCC certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU
- Monitor and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Safely administer and manage complex medication regimens
- Coordinate care while floating to ER and Med Surg as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Uphold rigorous documentation standards and compliance with facility protocols
