This travel nursing assignment places you in a highly respected Medical, Trauma, and Neuro ICU, providing a front-row seat to diverse casework and exposure to varying leadership styles. Working in this environment will allow you to broaden your clinical acumen and adapt to best practices in critical patient care, strengthening your credentials for future career opportunities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 3 x 12-hour or 4 x 12-hour rotations (Rotating shifts; no blocked schedules)
- Shift time: 1900 to 0730
- Rare call requirements
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Previous ICU experience required (Medical, Trauma, and/or Neuro ICU preferred)
- Current certifications: TNCC, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a multidisciplinary ICU environment
- Assess, monitor, and respond to evolving patient conditions utilizing advanced technology and protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards
- Educate and support patients families during sensitive situations
