Job Description
Provide expert nursing care in a dynamic intensive care setting, delivering coordinated treatment to critically ill patients according to established standards and nursing protocols. This contract role requires clinical proficiency, critical thinking, and supervisory skills to lead nursing staff and ensure seamless collaboration across healthcare disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned ICU patients, monitoring health status and managing complex conditions.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff across various levels, fostering a team-based approach to patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in clinical decision-making.
- Document patient progress and nursing activities accurately and timely following institutional guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound professional judgments.
