Schedule/Hours:
- Travel, variable as needed for Float Pool coverage
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- Minimum of 1 year ICU nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and care planning skills
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to various team members
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering compassionate patient care
Responsibilities:
- Provide coordinated ICU-level nursing care to assigned patients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborate with family, patients, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Contribute to creating a safe, healing environment
- Comply with all vaccination and organizational health requirements
