Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in ICU required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to delegate effectively and supervise diverse team members
• Commitment to safety protocols and vaccination requirements
• Adept at utilizing the nursing process in an acute care setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver care for assigned patients in accordance with ICU standards
• Analyze patient data, identify care issues, and develop comprehensive care plans
• Implement interventions, monitor patient progress, and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Serve as a patient, family, and team educator, sharing health information and supporting learning
• Participate in discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care
• Appropriately delegate tasks while supervising healthcare team members
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and participate in ongoing training
