Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols
- ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-focused care to critically ill adults
- Monitor vital signs, perform ongoing assessments, and update care plans
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and support advanced life-saving interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize care
- Provide support and education to patients and families during stressful circumstances

$2,947 - $3,107/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
