Schedule / Hours:

• 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Contract assignment

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Prior ICU experience (medical, surgical, neuro, or trauma ICU) is essential
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Candidates with TNCC certification or 2+ years of ICU experience will be given preference
• Flexibility and a collaborative, patient-centered attitude are highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care to a range of patients, including those with neurological, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory needs
• Perform assessments, administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced monitoring/IV equipment (such as Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors)
• Document clinical care accurately in Meditech EMR
• Provide compassionate, responsive care to patients and work cooperatively with a multidisciplinary team
• Foster a positive atmosphere, embracing flexibility and always prioritizing patient wellbeing
