Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment position (full-time hours)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in good standing
- Recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing
- Proficient with the nursing process and evidence-based clinical decision making
- Strong critical thinking, supervisory, and communication skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, holistic care to critically ill medical, surgical, and cardiac ICU patients
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing support staff
- Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
- Collaborate with multiple healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care
