Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment position (full-time hours)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license in good standing
  • Recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing
  • Proficient with the nursing process and evidence-based clinical decision making
  • Strong critical thinking, supervisory, and communication skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated, holistic care to critically ill medical, surgical, and cardiac ICU patients
  • Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing support staff
  • Utilize independent judgment and critical thinking in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
  • Collaborate with multiple healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care
