Core Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional specialty certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and life-support interventions per protocols
- Advocate for patients and families while coordinating care plans with healthcare teams
