Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts, 7PM 7AM
- Full-time assignment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- TNCC certification
- Prior ICU experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR a plus
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement age-specific patient care in the ICU
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill patients
- Perform and document interventions, Point of Care testing, and reassessments as needed
- Delegate and coordinate team assignments, contributing to unit goals and growth
- Participate actively in patient education, discharge planning, and new staff orientation
- Support a positive and professional unit environment
- Ensure patient safety, uphold policies, and maintain strict confidentiality

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
