Qualifications:
- Active RN license (California)
- Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated, evidence-based care to ICU patients or assigned group
