Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid RN license and current state nursing certification
- Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications

- Ability to respond quickly to changes in patient conditions
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and continuous nursing care to critically ill medical patients
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators or other life-support equipment
- Interpret lab results and clinical data to adjust care plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout treatment
- Maintain precise and timely patient records according to facility standards
