Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license (Ohio or compact eligible)
- At least one year of recent ICU experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to ICU patients, including assessment, treatment, and documentation
- Monitor and respond to complex patient conditions
