Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Minimum of one year ICU experience required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficient in managing ventilators, cardiac monitors, and critical drips
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in high-acuity situations

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients, including comprehensive assessments and interventions
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, analyze lab values, and adjust care based on rapid changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in patient medical records
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment journey
