Assignment Details
- Setting: Intensive Care Unit, with floating to Emergency Room & Medical-Surgical departments
- Schedule:
- 13-week contract
- Nights, 6:30p 6:30a
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients with diverse and complex needs
- Manage ventilators, titratable drips, patient hygiene, and medication preparation
- Adapt quickly while floating to ER and Med Surg floors to address fluctuating patient acuity
- Collaborate seamlessly with clinical teams, integrating evidence-based practices
- Maintain regulatory compliance and rigorous safety standards
Essential Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Prior ER and Med Surg experience required
- BLS, ACLS certifications (TNCC preferred)
- Demonstrated hands-on competency with vents, titratable drips, and medication mixing
- Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
