Schedule/Hours:

• 6:30 p.m. 6:30 a.m., night shifts
• 13-week contract assignment
• Flexibility to float between ICU, ER, and Med Surg as needed

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Experience in Emergency Room and Med Surg environments
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Demonstrable experience with ventilators, titratable drips, medication mixing, and patient hygiene

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding care in the ICU while adapting to ER and Med Surg assignments as needed
• Ensure safety and seamless transitions of care when floating between departments
• Manage critical patient populations with autonomy and strong clinical judgment
• Collaborate fluidly with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
