As a Registered Nurse with ICU focus, you'll deepen your clinical expertise. Work alongside accomplished healthcare professionals, learn diverse workplace methods, and sharpen your leadership skills through exposure to different teams across three dynamic campuses. This hands-on experience will enhance your resume and set you apart as you take on challenging and rewarding patient care responsibilities.
Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 6:45 pm 7:15 am
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week assignment
- Weekend shifts required
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (Compact licensure accepted)
- Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA-approved)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- Flexibility and willingness to float between three campuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to critical changes
- Document assessments and care accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Float as needed to all three campuses to support patient care needs
