Working as a Night ICU RN on 12-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed per week), youll immerse yourself in a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth. Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 12 hours each
- 36 hours/week guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU/unit experience
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, evidence-based care for critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Utilize advanced monitoring and life-support technologies
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
