Schedule/Hours

  • 3x12 hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
  • Potential for call coverage
  • Expectation to float to Stepdown as needed

Role Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
  • Strong background in critical care nursing
  • Willingness to float to Stepdown unit based on facility needs
  • Experience with MEDHOST EMR preferred
  • Must provide permanent home address and SSN upon application
  • Must reside over 50 miles from assignment location

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients with a 2:1 or 3-4:1 patient ratio
  • Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Accurately document in MEDHOST EMR
  • Support patient and family education throughout the care process
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols, wearing navy scrubs
