Schedule/Hours
- 3x12 hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Potential for call coverage
- Expectation to float to Stepdown as needed
Role Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Strong background in critical care nursing
- Willingness to float to Stepdown unit based on facility needs
- Experience with MEDHOST EMR preferred
- Must provide permanent home address and SSN upon application
- Must reside over 50 miles from assignment location
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients with a 2:1 or 3-4:1 patient ratio
- Respond effectively to clinical emergencies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document in MEDHOST EMR
- Support patient and family education throughout the care process
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols, wearing navy scrubs
