This travel role provides a chance for ambitious ICU RNs to experience healthcare in a diverse environment while collaborating with some of the finest clinical professionals. Schedule/Hours:
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00pm 7:00am
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Holiday coverage: 1 major and 1 minor
- Floating to Stepdown/PCU as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
- At least 2 years of ICU RN experience
- Preferred: Background in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers, care of CTS and Neuro patients, TNCC certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Adapt and practice within a leading-edge trauma and neuro care environment
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to the safe and effective functioning of the unit, including occasional floating
