Schedule:
- Orientation: Two 8-hour day shifts starting 5/14 at 8am
- First ICU shift: Begins 5/19 at 7pm
- Regular shifts: 7pm7am, variable days
- No on-call required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (must live 100+ miles away)
- Minimum 3 years of ICU acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN highly desired
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Experience with multidisciplinary critical care technology
- Professionalism in navy or white scrubs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in the ICU for neurological, cardiology, trauma, and surgical patients
- Monitor and manage advanced medical equipment: ventilators, ECMO, Impella, central lines, and more
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-quality patient care
- Educate and support patients and their families in the critical care journey
