Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring and evaluating patient status regularly.
• Supervise and guide assigned nursing staff, fostering a supportive and efficient care environment.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid RN license.
• Proven experience in an ICU nursing role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Excellent assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to travel as part of a travel nursing assignment.
