Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting required
• Proven skills in patient assessment, critical thinking, and complex monitoring
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, compassionate care to critically ill patients
• Monitor and assess patients, responding promptly to changes in their condition
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and use advanced clinical equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans
• Document all interventions and patient responses accurately in the medical record

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
