Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide critical care services in a hospital setting. This contract position requires commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Location:
Hyannis, MALocated on Cape Cod, Hyannis offers a blend of coastal charm and community atmosphere. The area is known for beautiful beaches, great recreational activities, and local cultural events, creating an excellent work-life balance for healthcare professionals.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Day/Night rotation
  • Weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and respond to emergencies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid RN license with critical care (ICU) experience
  • Ability to function effectively in high-stress, fast-paced clinical settings
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flu vaccine compliance required
  • Personal car required due to location needs

Additional Details:

  • Contract position starting 1/5/2026
  • Shared housing provided (no pets or guests allowed)
