Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in an ICU or critical care setting required
• Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practices
• Proven commitment to upholding the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required

Responsibilities:

• Proactively participate in patient care as part of a dedicated clinical environment overseen by nursing leadership
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for critically ill patients
