A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care to provide expert care in a dynamic critical care environment. This contract role is ideal for nurses with a strong background in ICU nursing, ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced setting with a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to patients in the Intensive Care Unit during night shifts.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to monitor, assess, and manage patient conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health records.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with proven ICU experience.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system.
- Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.
Schedule:
- Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
This contract lasts approximately 13 weeks, offering the chance to work in a supportive environment while enhancing critical care expertise. Candidates should be ready to start promptly and may have schedule accommodations considered based on start date.
