Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care to provide expert care in a dynamic critical care environment. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive critical care nursing to patients in the Intensive Care Unit during night shifts.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to monitor, assess, and manage patient conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health records.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current RN licensure with proven ICU experience.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records system.
  • Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Schedule:

  • Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

This contract lasts approximately 13 weeks, offering the chance to work in a supportive environment while enhancing critical care expertise. Candidates should be ready to start promptly and may have schedule accommodations considered based on start date.
