Professionally, youll contribute within a busy Surgical ICU, refining your clinical acumen and learning from established leaders who bring a variety of workplace styles and collaborative approaches. Schedule/Hours
- Every other weekend
- No on-call requirements
Desired Experience & Skills
- Active RN license with ICU experience
- Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or similar EHR systems is valued

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill or postoperative patients in a Surgical ICU setting
- Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid patient changes
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the wider healthcare team to execute complex care plans
- Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain seamless shift handovers
- Mentor new staff and contribute to the units continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all infection control standards, with ceil blue scrubs as the professional attire
