Schedule/Hours:
- 6:45am 7:15pm shifts
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma RN license (must be attached with submission)
- ACLS and BLS (American Heart Associationcopies required)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with paper charting
- Strong critical thinking, delegation, and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients using the established Nursing Process
- Maintain high standards in patient safety and documentation, following hospital policies
- Delegate patient care appropriately based on staff skillset and experience
- Supervise and support assigned personnel
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education
