Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care based on established standards and the nursing process for ICU patients or assigned groups.
- Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff of varying skill levels.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
- Exercise critical thinking, sound professional judgment, and supervisory discretion in acute situations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, promoting patient safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (California)
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and support multidisciplinary team members
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
