Schedule/Hours:
- Contract position with Full-Time hours
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols and life support equipment
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Exceptional communication and clinical assessment abilities
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications, IVs, and treatments safely and accurately
- Respond promptly to changing patient conditions and emergencies
- Document care in compliance with clinical standards and regulations
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and family members on recovery processes
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and efficient unit environment
