- Travel contract assignment
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care to critically ill individuals in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs with attention to detail and urgency
- Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document accurately and maintain patient records per facility protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs
