Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Proficient with advanced life support protocols and complex patient monitoring
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in patient status and acuity
Typical Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and comprehensive care to critically ill adult patients
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer IV medications, and manage ventilators
- Communicate effectively with physicians and allied health professionals
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and adapt care plans as patient needs evolve
