Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in an ICU or critical care setting
• Proficiency with advanced life support equipment, including ventilators, CRRT, cardiac monitors, and infusion devices
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, triage, and communication skills
• Adaptability to fast-paced situations and collaborative, multidisciplinary care

Schedule:

• Contract-based position; shifts may vary according to facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and implement care for critically ill patients in accordance with established protocols and patient needs
• Administer medications, manage IVs and perform advanced interventions as required
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other specialists as part of the care team
• Respond swiftly to emergent situations, using clinical expertise to ensure patient safety
• Provide support and education to patients families, helping them understand care plans and procedures
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
