Provide critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced intensive care unit setting, delivering expert nursing care that promotes recovery and improves patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill patients in the ICU
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans

- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards
Desired Experience:
- Current RN licensure with ICU specialization or experience
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing principles and procedures

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and ICU monitoring equipment
