Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Solid assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, coordinated ICU nursing care in accordance with established standards and the nursing process
- Oversee and direct the activities of assigned nursing team members
