This role specializes in intensive care nursing, providing coordinated care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices and the nursing process. Schedule/Hours
- Travel assignment (exact schedule provided during interview process)
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- Active RN license required
- Two or more years of recent ICU experience strongly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and sound professional judgment
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned ICU patients using established standards
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff of varying experience levels
- Coordinate care and communication with multi-disciplinary teams
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in high-acuity situations
