Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position with full-time hours

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Minimum of two years experience in an ICU setting
  • Exceptional clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Proficient in using electronic health records and standard ICU equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU, following established protocols and best practices
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, escalate concerns, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Administer medications, blood products, and interventions as prescribed, maintaining stringent patient safety standards
  • Serve as a resource for patients and their families, offering education and emotional support throughout care
  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic medical record system
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
