Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Full-time hours available

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of ICU best practices, ventilator management, and advanced monitoring equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, monitor patients hemodynamic status, and respond to changes in condition swiftly
• Implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients according to physician orders and best-practice standards
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications, manage IV lines and infusions, and perform advanced procedures as indicated
• Perform ongoing assessments, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on treatments and transitions of care
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and infection control protocols

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
