Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current RN license, active and in good standing in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of one year experience in an ICU or critical care setting strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and commitment to upholding all relevant nursing standards and codes of ethics
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Competence in utilizing evidence-based practices to support optimal patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized nursing care in an ICU setting, supporting patients with complex and acute health needs
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse managers, and allied health staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Consistently uphold system policies, procedures, and service excellence standards
  • Serve as an advocate for patient safety, comfort, and dignity at every stage of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development in alignment with facility and practice model requirements
