Schedule/Hours:
- NOC Shifts: 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent negative TB screen (within 12 months prior to contract start)
- Previous ICU experience strongly preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care in the ICU, demonstrating expertise in critical care techniques and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care transitions
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, respond to emergencies, and maintain precise patient records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and provide compassionate support throughout treatment
