A skilled RN with ICU experience is needed to deliver high-quality critical care to patients within a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position provides an opportunity to work alongside expert clinical teams and utilize advanced technology to support patients with complex medical conditions.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment; schedule details to be confirmed during interview

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to efficiently handle high-acuity situations and respond to emergencies
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and effective care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, vital signs, and responses to therapies
• Administer medications, manage infusions, and coordinate specialized treatments
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Assist in procedures, manage ventilators, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
• Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and post-ICU recovery
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with facility protocols
