A dedicated Registered Nurse with ICU experience is needed to provide critical care to patients in a well-respected hospital environment. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work three 12-hour night shifts per schedule period, including three weekend shifts, with on-call duties and occasional floating as a functional nurse.

Responsibilities:
- Assess comprehensive patient needs including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning aspects.
- Review patient history, collaborate with family, and ensure timely completion of documentation.
- Monitor diagnostic and laboratory data, promptly reporting abnormalities to physicians and care team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with realistic goals in partnership with patients, families, and multidisciplinary health teams.
- Participate in continuous reassessment of patient conditions and update plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with at least one year of professional nursing experience, preferably in ICU settings.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, on-call, and floating as required.
