Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific shift details provided during interview)
- Limited Requested Time Off (RTO): Maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday during initial contract
Qualifications:
- Active Hawaii RN License (must be current through entire contract)
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
- Minimum 2 years recent full-time ICU RN experience before your first travel assignment
- Current BLS/HCP, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (all must remain valid throughout assignment)
- Specialty certifications such as CCRN, CRN, or CV-BC highly regarded
- Compliance paperwork must be completed at least 10 days prior to start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to ICU patients
- Adapt quickly in a changing environment; float to other units of equal or lesser acuity as needed
- Document and communicate patient care precisely
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Uphold best practices and safety protocols at all times
