Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and required)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill patients, providing direct patient care and regular assessments
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and other advanced therapies as ordered
- Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, utilizing critical thinking and swift interventions
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support and educate patients families during challenging and complex care situations
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes
