Schedule/Hours:
- NOC shift: 7:00 pm 7:30 am
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in ICU (ER experience is a plus)
- Proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level critical care in the ICU, monitoring patients and responding rapidly to any changes in condition
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other professionals to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care
- Document care activities thoroughly and accurately in compliance with hospital protocols
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients families, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, infection control, and continuous quality improvement
