Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel contract
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications up to date
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm in critical situations
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the ICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in condition
- Administer medications and manage life-support equipment
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document all interventions, assessments, and patient responses
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes
