A nursing opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience, working primarily night shifts on an every-other-week (EOW) and every-other-half-week (EOH) schedule, totaling 48 hours per week. This contract position is located in Euclid, OH, at a leading medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, and Telemetry units
• Provide advanced nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), preferred but not mandatory
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening as necessary to stabilize and improve health status
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in compliance with hospital protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, or Telemetry nursing
• Preferred experience working in an ICU setting
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to handle complex patient situations
• Ability to work night shifts with flexibility for every-other-week scheduling
