We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide exceptional care for critically ill patients. In this contract role, youll be part of an expert team delivering advanced medical care and comprehensive support in a dynamic intensive care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage care for patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, IVs, and advanced therapies following clinical protocols.
• Respond rapidly to critical changes in patient condition and provide effective interventions.
• Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care needs.
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies, safety guidelines, and facility regulations.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and deliver excellent care under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient in using modern monitoring equipment and electronic health records.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
